BTN2Go.com works best with a broadband internet connection of 3.0 Mbps or higher.
Do I get BTN2Go?
BTN2Go is free to customers of participating TV Providers. How much does BTN2Go cost?
There is no cost if you receive BTN as part of your TV channel line-up.
Do I need to receive BTN at home to get BTN2Go?
Yes.
How do I watch BTN2Go?
BTN2Go is available on three platforms: the Internet, iOS (iPad and iPhone), and Android (smartphones and tablets). On the internet, go to www.BTN2Go.com, select your TV provider, sign-in with your TV provider credentials, and you will have full access to BTN2Go's services. On iOS and Android devices, launch the BTN2Go app (which is free to download in both the App Store and Google Play Store), select your TV provider, sign-in with your TV provider credentials, and you will have full access to BTN2Go.
On football Saturdays when BTN airs more than one game at a time, will I be able to pick which game I want to see on BTN2Go?
Yes, every BTN telecast will be available on BTN2Go. If BTN is televising three games simultaneously, but your TV provider is only carrying two, you will be able to find the third game on BTN2Go. Additionally, when the network airs back-to-back games, if the first game runs long and overlaps with the second game, fans will be able to watch the second game on BTN2Go. BTN will continue its television coverage of the first game and join the second game in progress.

Atlantic Telephone (ATMC)
I can't sign in using my ATMC2Go Username and Password.
If you have forgotten your user ID or password, you can reset it by accessing www.atmc.com/atmc2go, select Big Ten Network and click on the “Start Watching BTN2Go Now” link. Choose ATMC from the list of Providers and click on "Forgot Username/Password". Follow the prompts to reset your Username or Password. You must subscribe to one of ATMC’s advanced digital programming packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum) to access BTN2Go. To order Big Ten Network, call 910.754.4311, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. You also need an ATMC2Go account which may be created at www.atmc.com/atmc2go. You will need your ATMC account number (found on your cable TV billing statement).
Bend Broadband

You must receive Big 10 Network, channels 25 or HD 425 in CFU's Basic Plus cable service, in order to access BTN2Go. If you receive Big 10 Network on cable, the first step to accessing BTN2Go is setting up an online viewing password at CFU's WatchTVEverywhere.com page. You will need your CFU account number (it's printed on your bill) to register for an online viewing password. If you have a password but still can't access BTN2Go, please contact CFU's Help Desk. Charter
I can't sign in using my Charter credentials.
If you subscribe to Charter Internet you must login using your charter.net email address and password.
